ERICA Ribley

Owner/Coach

A lifelong athlete, Erica’s passion for movement began with basketball, expanded through professional water skiing, and deepened while studying dance and movement in college. Though sports shaped her, struggles with an eating disorder gave her a unique perspective on the mental and emotional side of health.

Since 2023, Erica has been coaching at Hustle House, where she and her husband, Matt, have built a thriving community since opening in 2017. With Matt as both partner and coach for over 15 years, Erica has embraced the values of strength, resilience, and discipline that fuel her work today.

Her coaching style blends movement, mindset, and nutrition in a practical and approachable way. Erica is passionate about helping others reset harmful patterns, heal their relationship with food, and discover that wellness isn’t about restriction, but about strength, balance, and freedom.
