Functional Fitness That Fits You
Our group classes are capped at 6 people, so you get personal attention without the personal training price. Whether you're just getting started or chasing new PRs, our workouts adapt to you, not the other way around.
Each class includes a warm-up, stretching, a guided workout, and time for cool-down or coach Q&A. We rotate between strength-focused days, conditioning circuits, and mobility work to keep things fresh and keep your body balanced. Classes run 6 days a week with morning, afternoon, and evening times available.
We pride ourselves on offering all of this in a 1-hour session while you receive methods of modification for all levels of fitness under the guidance of our trainers.

Programmed, Not Random

- Comprehensive stretching and flexibility training, emphasizing various breathing and stretching techniques.
- Advanced strength training, utilizing a mix of barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells for a full-body workout.
- Dynamic cardiovascular training, incorporating activities like biking, skiing, rowing, and jump roping for enhanced endurance.
- Body weight training, focusing on gymnastics, push-ups, pull-ups, and sit-ups to improve core strength and agility.
- Specialized balance and spatial awareness training, featuring the use of Revolution Balance Boards for stability and coordination.
